Somali Family Services (SFS) is led by a dynamic team of Somali women and men dedicated to advancing peace, governance, and sustainable development across Somalia. As a women-led and family-centered organization, SFS’s leadership reflects its belief that women’s participation and leadership are the foundation of accountable, equitable, and resilient societies.

Our team embodies SFS’s values of empowerment, inclusivity, and accountability, ensuring that communities in Puntland, Jubaland, South West State, and Galmudug have access to quality education, strong institutions, and opportunities for growth. Together, we bring extensive experience in governance, social accountability, peace building, education, child protection, livelihoods, and humanitarian action.

SFS takes pride in its diverse and skilled staff, the majority of whom are women leaders, program specialists, and rights advocates committed to social justice, human rights, and community-driven change.
